SADDLE TRIAL AND SHIPPING AGREEMENT This document should be retained for your records. A copy with applicable dates will be included in your shipment.

Thank you for trialing a saddle with us. To ensure the saddle is returned in its original condition, please read and observe the following terms carefully.

1. Do not clean, oil, or condition the saddle during the trial period — new or used.
2. Protect new saddles from stirrup leather marks by wrapping your leathers. Jeans must not be worn. Chaps, tall boots, and spurs are permitted at your own risk, as they may leave marks.
3. Ensure billet guards fully cover the girth buckles at all times (new saddles).
4. You assume full responsibility for the saddle while it is in your care. Keep new saddles covered when not in use. Do not leave any saddle unattended at a barn or in a vehicle.
5. All used saddles are inspected upon arrival and sold as-is. While we make every effort to accurately describe each saddle's condition, we cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or structural integrity of pre-owned equipment. Unless explicitly noted in the listing, used saddles do not include stirrup leathers, irons, girths, or other accessories.
6. All saddles are photographed prior to packing and shipping. Upon return, each saddle is inspected against those photos. Any excessive wear, scuffs, scratches, or damage incurred during the trial period will be subject to a damage fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Payment in full — including applicable tax and all shipping and insurance charges — is required by credit card before the saddle will be shipped. All shipments must be insured for the full purchase price of the saddle. You have 14 days from the ship date to trial the saddle. If the saddle is not received back in our store by the specified return date, it will be considered a completed purchase.

Returns & Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days of receiving the returned saddle. Shipping and any saddlery charges are non-refundable. If you choose to keep the saddle, return shipping and insurance charge will be refunded to you.
• All saddles are shipped Signature Required.
• Please save the original box and all packing materials. Inspect the box upon arrival and note any shipping damage.
• A prepaid return label is included so you can take advantage of our business shipping rates. To use it, cover or cross out all other labels, securely attach the prepaid label to the original box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Saddle Condition Levels

Demo Worn — Essentially new. This saddle has been sat in but not truly put to work. The leather retains its original finish with little to no marks, scuffs, or indentations. Panels, flaps, and billets look and feel factory fresh.

Excellent — Lightly used with minimal signs of wear. The leather is supple and well-maintained with light stirrup leather rubs and faint leg marks on the flaps.

Good — Shows regular use but has been properly cared for. Expect visible stirrup marks, some scuffing to the seat and flaps, and light wear to the leather finish. Stitching may show minor fraying or separation in high-contact areas. Panels are sound and the saddle is fully.

Fair — Heavier wear with more significant scuffing, possible dry or faded leather. Structurally sound but will require reconditioning.  Billets may need replacing.
